Welcome to The Compound
A daily devotional set inside The Compound, an African family home where seven colored stones run from the front door to the baobab at its center. One stone for each of the seven centers of the body, called here by their Yoruba names. Every morning your Little Sun walks the path with Mama Sol, an elder with silver locs who carries the old ways forward. She meets him at the gate, they breathe together, they stand on each stone, and by the baobab at the center he has prayed, moved and remembered exactly who he is.
